Suggest a better description1. Sauté the onion, celery, garlic, and carrots in oil over medium heat until onion is translucent.
2. Add chicken
3. Add chicken stalk - stir 5 min
4. Add half & half - stir 5 - 10 min.
5. Add salt, pepper, and thyme.
Heat to boiling then add cooked gnocchi
6. Gently boil 4 min, then turn down & simmer 10 min.
7. Add spinach and cook for 1 - 2 until wilted.
8. Heat to boil
9. Ladle broth into a bowl and add corn starch (for thickness- optional)
