Suggest a better descriptionHeat the oven to 350°. Oil butter or spray a 9 inch cake pan (or 13 x 9 inch if you want to make thinner for cut out individual cakes) line the bottom with parchment paper.
In the bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. In another bowl, with the olive oil, milk, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and Grand Marnier. Add to dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for one hour if in the 9 inch cake pan or 25 minutes in the rectangular pan turning the pan around halfway through, until golden and a cake tester comes out clean. Transfer the cake to a rack and let cool for 30 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the pan then invert the cake onto the rack and let cool completely for two hours if using the 9 inch pan, otherwise use mold to cut out individual cakes after completely cooled.
