Beat egg yolks. Add 1/4 cup milk and the flour. When done, fold into whites.
for filling - cut onions and saute in butter. Add 1 teaspoon flour and mix in pan. Add water and more milk, pepper, salt, cheese, peas, chicken or ham. Add beef bullion stuff and mustard. Cook until saucy.
Add oil and butter to another pan. Add batter. Cover. Turn batter over and fill with mixture. Serve.
Also good with other ingredients like mushrooms.
