Adonan Basah :
Campurkan 6 sdm tepung terigu dan 40 ml air. Aduk hingga mengental, jangan terlalu cair.
Cara Memasak :
Bahan Tumis
1. Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay.
2. Masukkan wortel, buncis, aduk hingga rata.
3. Tuangkan 10 ml air. Biarkan meresap.
4. Masukkan garam, merica. Koreksi rasa.
5. Masukkan potongan nugget.
6. Angkat.
Bahan Omelet
1. Kocok lepas telur.
2. Tuangkan 10 ml air, 1 sdm tepung, garam, merica. Kocok hingga tidak ada butir tepung.
3. Masukkan bahan tumis. Kocok pelan hingga merata.
4. Panaskan teflon.
5. Tuang adonan.
6. Masak hingga matang.
Bahan Omelet Crispy
1. Diamkan omelet sekitar 15 menit. Potong-potong sesuai selera.
2. Celupkan ke adonan basah.
3. Gulingkan ke tepung roti.
4. Lakukan cara 2-3 hingga potongan omelet habis.
5. Goreng hingga kecokelatan.
6. Angkat dan sajikan
Notes :
- Untuk adonan basah disesuaikan saja ml airnya untuk kekentalannya.
- Resep ini menggunakan tepung terigu biasa bukan instan yang udah banyak campuran.
