Sauté onions and ground beef in a 10" skillet until onions are translucent and beef is cooked through. Add remaining ingredients combine and simmer 5 minutes or until warmed through. Divide entire recipe into four equal parts (by weight) and serve with 1.5 oz Phase II approved vegetable.
