This quick jambalaya is a year-round favorite. Hearty and satisfying.
In a Dutch oven or large sauce pan, sauté kielbasa, chicken, onion, pepper, celery and garlic in the butter until the chicken is browned. Stir in the rest of the ingredients (except the shrimp) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to lowest temperature and simmer, covered for 15-20 minutes.
Finally, stir in the shrimp, cover and allow them to cook for 5 minutes.
Great served over rice or in a bread bowl
