Heat oil in skillet
Add Turkey Sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until edges get crispy
Add diced onion and chopped broccolini and sautee for 2-3 minutes
Add minced garlic
Add orzo pasta
Add 2 cups chicken broth
Bring to a boil then reduce heat - cover and let cook for about 10 minutes stirring regularly
Add salt and pepper to taste
Stir in shredded parmesan
