Cook pasta according to packaging instructions
While pasta is cooking, sautè onion, green pepper, and garlic with chili powder, oregano, and cumin over medium heat for 5-7 minutes
Add beans, corn, and tomatoes to the vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes over medium heat
Return cooked pasta to pot. Add vegetable mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through
Add salt and pepper to taste
Top with avocado and serve hot
