This is an easy and delicious recipe. There is hardly any work put into it but it tastes like it has been cooking all day. Also a cheap alternative :- ) These are really delicious!
Heat oil in skillet to medium heat. While that is heating up wash off your meat and pat dry. Mix all the spices in a bowl. Dip the pork in the spices. (or for a shorter version just sprinkle the spices onto the pork.) Cook in skillet for 5 minutes, flipping once. Add wine and slowly mix in cream of mushroom soup. Mix until well blended. Add half and half. Mix until well mixed. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Stirring occasionally throughout. Take off cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until desired consistancy. Pour over rice and enjoy!
