Chop onions to desired size and sauté in melted butter until translucent.
In sprayed pan, layer onions, cheese, crackers. Repeat.
Add final layer of crackers.
Add a few drops of milk to top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 300 for 20. Increase temp to 350 for an addition 5 minutes.
