Suggest a better description(Makes about 1 cup) Sally Cooke Christian of Charleston says she thinks this onion chili recipe came from the Macon, Ga., newspaper. "We like garlic, so I usually add garlic to the recipe - one or two bulbs." Starting with a cold skillet, saute meat until lightly browned. Add onions and green pepper and continue to cook until the onion is transparent. Spoon out excess fat. Add ketchup and chili powder, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Sent to me by PatH by KitPATh
