Solid onion that turns into french onion
Peel the onion ans carve a hole in the middle.
Smash the beef bouillon and place in hole.
Pack the entire hole with butter.
Season the outside with salt, pepper, and beef stew seasoning.
Wrap well with aluminum.
Cook on grille until the onion is soft.
Open, add mozzarella cheese and let it melt.
Careful with the salt, the beef bouillon is already salty.
