Add water, egg, 1 tablespoon oil, salt, flour sugar, and yeast to bread machine. Select dough/manual cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to a floured surface. Divide dough in half, form each half into a smooth ball. Roll ball into a inch inch round. Place each round on a greased baking sheet. Cover and set aside. Cook onion and rosemary in olive oil until is tender. With fingertips press slight indentations into each round. Sprinkle rounds with onion mixture. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (20-30 mins). Bake 375 for 12-15 mins or until done. Remove from sheets cool on wire rack. Posted to KitMailbox Digest by "cathy allison"
