Pour beaten eggs and milk mixture into shallow pan. Drop a few onion rings at a time into pan. With fingers, swish each ring around until well coated. Lift out and shake over pan. Drop into pan of flour and coat well. Shake off excess flour.
Full fryer basket 1/4 full to brown evenly. Cook until crisp and brown at 375 degrees. Cook until crisp and brown, stirring with fork once to separate. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
