Suggest a better description-Cut onion into ~1/2" rings
-pull apart rings
-Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder, spices and water into bowl
-Dip onion rings into batter
-Dip wet onion rings into panko crumbs
-Freeze all ready crumbed onion rings
-Add oil to pan
-Fry onion rings until slightly golden brown
-As onion rings come out salt them
-Serve fresh
