Soak peeled onion in water with spash of lemon juice for 30 mins before to dull harse taste
Cut onion into small chunks
Cut up Coriander into small(ish) bits - and layer on top of onion
Add in paprika and couple of drops of red food colouring
1 1/2 teaspoons of mango chutney
1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
Mix it well.
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Leave in fridge to marinade for at least 1 hour before use
