Appetizer
Thaw and drain the onion. Mix all ingredients together well, except the chips.
Spray oil (such as Pam) inside a deep dish pie pan or souffle dish. Pour the onion mixture in the dish and bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The top should be brown and bubbly.
Note: After removing the souffle from the oven, use a paper towel to absorb any excess oil that may have risen and pooled on top of the souffle.
