1. Pre heat oven to 450. In laarge bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bow, until chicken is evenly coated.
2. In 9 x 13 inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken, breast side up; discard bag.
3. Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, basting halfway through.
