Steep the raisins in the hot tea.
Preheat the oven to 295 F.
Warm the water in the microwave, and dissolve the honey.
In a large mixing bowl, sift the flours.
Mix the spices with the flour.
Add the honey mix.
Drain the raisins and pat them dry and fold into batter.
Pour the batter into a small greased non-stick cake pan.
Test for doneness like with regular cake after 60 minutes.
