This is a simple recipe for making 3 slices of Tuna Melt Open Face sandwiches
1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl
2. Toast the Alvarado bread to the degree of brown you like
3. Spoon on the Tuna mixture and cover each slice with 1/2 slice of Apline Lace Swiss
4. Place under broiler until cheese begins to brown - Watch this step carefully or have lots of cheese available
