A not so sweet version of a peach pie.
Mix Peaches, sugar, lemon zest and port wine, let stand 30 minutes.
In a small bowl mix Cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice
Roll out pie crust and place in pie pan.
After 30 minutes, drain peaches into bowl with cornstarch mixture, stir well to combine.
Put drained peaches into prepared pie crust.
Pour cornstarch mixture over peaches, place in 400° oven for 40 minutes, or until crust is well browned and bubbling.
