In large bowl, combine bran, flour, ground flax seed,baking powder , sweet and low, and salt.
In blender or food processor, combine oranges, molasses, buttermilk, oil, eggs, stevia and baking soda. Set aside.
Pour orange mixture into dry ingredients. Mix until well blended.
Stir in raisins or cranberries.
Fill greased muffin cups almost to top.
Pat tops smooth with wet fingers.
Bake for 18_20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in tins 5 minutes before removing.
