Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2" pan.
Stir together flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl; add butter, eggs,
extract, and zest. Using a hand-held electric mixer, beat until well
blended. Pour batter into prepared pan & bake 30 minutes, or until
light golden brown & set. Remove from oven & pierce entire cake with a
