Orange Chicken recips
preheat oven to 350
Cut chicken in 1" chunks and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dip chicken in corn starch, then egg. Brown in oil in skillet. Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet. In saucepan put broth, OJ, vinegar, sugar, worces. sauce, orange zest, garlic powder, and pepper. Bring to boil then stir in corn starch mixture. Reduce heat and simmer to thicken. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 50 mins, turning every 15 min.
Serve with rice and extra sauce
