Preheat oven to 375F place 1/4 cup orange juice and dried cranberries in a bowl and set aside. Sift together flour and baking soda add quick oats and mix. In separate bowl combine yogurt, butter, agave, 1/4 cup orange juice, and egg. Add to flour mixture. Add orange zest and dried cranberries and combine. Pour into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes
