In a blender, place the coconut milk ice cream.
Open and drain the can of mandarin oranges.
With a fine grater, zest the peel of an orange.
Place the oranges and zest with the ice cream and blend until smooth. (It's ok for it to be slightly liquidy)
Pour into six large popsicle molds.
Freeze for approximately 4-6 hours until hardened.
When serving, run warm water over molds to release
