Suggest a better description1. Put flour, baking powder, sugar and orange rind into a fairly large bowl.
2. In a saucepan melt the butter and honey.
3. Beat egg and add to butter and honey.
4. Squeeze the oranges and measure the juice.
5. Stir orange juice into egg, butter and honey mixture. Fold this mixture into the dry ingredients.
If you did not have 3/4 cup of orange juice, lastly, fold in the appropriate amount of milk.
Bake at 200 ÂșC for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked.
