1. Mix cream cheese and whipped topping until well mixed. Pour over bottom of prepared crust and refrigerate.
2. Mix orange jello and dry pudding mix and add water and bring to a bubbly boil.
3. Drain Oranges and dry with paper towel stir into jello and pudding mixture, pour pudding jello mix over pie.
4. Chill for 2 hours and top with thin layer of cool whip.
