Marinated and grilled pork chops
Mix orange juice and molasses (or brown sugar) in a gallon bag. With a fork, poke several holes in the pork loin/chops and add to the bag of marinade. Allow to marinate 6-8 hours, although marinating as long as 24 hours is great too.
Grill until done.
Cooking indoors is not recommended as the marinade will caramelize as it cooks and is difficult to clean.
