Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees F
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a lightly greased 8x8 baking pan make 2 indents in four mix and set aside
Combine egg and lemon or orange zest in a small bowl with a fork and pour into 1 indent. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter in other indent. Pour milk over whole cake and mix well.
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
To make the glaze
Combine powdered sugar, 1 tbs butter and lemon or orange juice. Spread over cooled cake.
