Mix all above ingredients in the Ice Cream Maker churn. Add milk until ingredients reach fill line of churn.
Layer ice and rock salt around churn. Turn on ice cream maker and place something such as a towel on top of the ice cream maker. Add additional ice and rock salt as it melts. Allow motor to run until the churn turns with difficulty. Turn motor off and allow the churn to sit approximately 15 minutes until the ice cream hardens.
