Preheat frying pan over med-high heat. Melt margarine, add garlic, add chicken and sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper and rosemary. Cook until browned and cooked through. Mix OJ, marmalade and cornstarch. Pour over chicken and continue to cook until sauce thickens.
