This is really good especially at the holidays and / or when you have overnight guests. Or serving brunch!
Put butter in 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan or baking dish and melt in 400 degree oven. Mix sugar, cinnamon and rind and sprinkle evenly in pan. Mix eggs and juice and dip bread in to soak. Arrange bread in pan, spoon over any remaining egg mixture. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Let stand 1 minute, then lift out sugar side up onto a heated platter.
