Mix 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine, 1/3 cup sugar & 1/8 tsp. salt together thoroughly.
Add 1 3/4 cups very hot orange juice & stir until gelatine is thoroughly dissolved.
Chill to slightly thicker than unbeaten egg whites.
Beat with rotary beater until light & fluffy & double in volume. Chill & serve.
