Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine and mix all the wet ingredients in a large bowl. Combine and mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ones and beat with electric mixer on low for two minutes. Pour cake mixture into pre-greased cake pan and bake in oven for 40 minutes. Check for doneness by poking cake with toothpick, when toothpick comes out clean the cake is done.
