Excellent dessert dish with ham, pork roast or baked chicken.
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, flour, eggs, sugar less 1 teaspoon and Grand Marnier until well blended. Stir in the crushed pineapple. Transfer to a small casserole dish, and sprinkle cinnamon and teaspoon of sugar that was set aside over the top.
3. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, uncovered. Serve warm.
