Combine vanilla pudding boxes (dry). Then add milk and cool whip. Mix ingredients until combined. This is the mixture between the crackers. You don't want the mixture runny. Layer graham crackers in 9x13 pan then add 1/2 of mixture, then another layer of graham crackers, then remaining mixture, and one last layer of grahams.
Warm up 1/2 a tub of frosting. Once it is melted, spread on graham crackers.
