Melt margarine. Mix in 1/4 cup sugar. Mix half of crushed oreos. Press into pan 9 x 12 pan. Chill for 5 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 Tablespoons milk and 1/2 of cool whip. Spread over crust.
Mix pudding, and 3 1/2 cups milk. Layer.
Top with rest of cool whip then remaining cookies.
