These are SO good, they are a family favorite.
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and milk (or water), roll into balls and bake for 10 minutes at 350F (it maybe more, I found they needed more, the milk was because I found the dought to be too thick).
Sometimes I also add chocolate chips. This time for St. Paddy's Day I added mint extract and made the icing green :)
Cool.
Mix other ingredients and frost flat side of one cookie and sandwich with another.
I should note, I found this recipe somewhere and wrote it down and needed to add it so I know where it is.
