Directions
1. Preheat wok to med-high, add oil and simmer garlic until garlic cooks(15-20 sec)
2. Add chicken, salt, pepper and ginger, cook chicken until outside turns white, then add all vegetables
3. Stir fry for 5-8 mins, depending on maintained heat level, add everything else except stock, corn starch and hoisin sauce, cover
4. Mix corn starch with stock as well as hoisin sauce, add mix to stir fry, and cook until wanted level of thickness is achieved
5. Pour mix over or beside rice and enjoy:)
Add more or less cayenne for desired level of heat, a little cayenne goes a long way!
