Hi everyone. Im on the lookout for some good lowfat salad dressings. Any you want to share? Here is one I found in a local Heart Center Diet cook booklet. I like it very much. It is fresh and flavorful.... Combine all ingredients; mix well to blend. 17 Caloriees/tablespoon 0.5 gm fat 52 mg sodium 0 mg cholesterol. I like this the best with fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh grated orange peel and fresh grated ginger. I also find I am happier with the dressing when I omit the crushed red pepper.....
