Suggest a better descriptionTrim fat from meat. Use tines of fork to pierce meat on both sides. Place meat and onions in plastic bag; set in 12x7?x2-inch baking dish. Combine next 5 ingredients and 2 tablespoons water; pour over meat and onions in bag and close. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat, onions, and marinade from bag; return to dish. Place in microwave oven. Cover with vented plastic wrap; cook at High for 5 minutes. Cook at Medium or Cook Power 5 (50%) for 30 minutes. Turn roast over. Cover; cook at Medium or Cook Power 5 (50%) for 40 minutes till tender, giving dish a half turn once. Remove meat from dish. Cover with foil; let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, skim fat from juices in dish. Measure 1 cup juices; return the 1 cup juices to dish. Stir together cornstarch and ? cup cold water. Stir cornstarch mixture into juices. Cook, uncovered, at High for 6 minutes till bubbly, stirring every minute. Pass marinade with meat. Makes 8 servings.
