Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients in a stand mixer and mix at low speed using the paddle attachment (or mix by hand) until all ingredients are evenly combined. I used hot sausage with these and I thought they were perfect (and definitely not too hot for the little people). Cheddar cheese can be replaced with cheese of choice. If you use mild or regular sausage consider adding cayenne.
Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on baking sheet one inch apart. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
