A chicken & mixed vegetables yakhni
Sautee the onions in olive oil until yellow. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until not fully cooked (but close). Add the water, salt, black pepper, red pepper and the 1/2 tsp oregano. Mix and place in a casserole. Cube the semi frozen chicken breast (easier to to cut semi frozen than completely thawed) and spread on top of the vegetable mix, making sure they stay on top but are somewhat immersed in the liquid. Sprinkle some more oregano on top. Bake at 400? F until most of the liquid is evaporated or the chicken looks well done.
