For salad, cook orzo in the chicken broth. Drain well but do not rinse. Let cool and toss often so it doesn't stick together. Toss in other ingredients. Pour over vinaigrette, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the feta and pine nuts over the top and toss lightly, Serve at room temperature.
