2. Combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, honey & oregano in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
3. When pasta is done, drain & add to olive oil & vinegar mixture. Allow to cool.
4. When cool, stir in olives, tomatoes, onion, parsley & bell pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
