Cook orzo .drain. Rinse with cold water.
Combine orzo, spinach, tomato, onion, olives, pepper and salt.
Drain artichokes into orzo. Course chop artichokes and add.
Add 1/2 cup feta.
Toss all gently.
Serve with remaining feta on top.
