Beat eggs well. Add sugar gradually. Add baking powder and flavors.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough (about 2 cups)
Roll on a floured board to measure in width of index finger.
Cut on angle a little less than an inch.
Put on wax paper and cover with a towel overnight.
Bake at 350-375 degrees far apart on a greased cookie sheet the next morning.
Bake 5 to 6 minutes.
Clove oil can be found at the pharmacy. It may need more or less clove oil depending on how strong you want the flavor to be, the original recipe called for 2 drops but the oil is not as strong anymore so ~4 are used.
