Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each chicken breast into four strips. Marinate in fat free Italian dressing for 3 to 4 hours, or overnight. Add paprika and pepper to bread crumbs in a small bowl. Roll each piece of chicken in the bread crumbs to coat, and place in a non-stick pan or one that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray.
Bake for 30 minutes until lightly browned, turning once during cooking. Use fat free dressings or saucs for dipping.
Serve with dipping sauce of choice such as, ranch, honey mustard or barbecue sauce.
