Pre-heat oven to 350. I took as much of the skin as possible from each drumstick. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 45 mins at 350. Turn heat down to 300 and baste w bbq sauce every 11 mins for thr next 45 mins. Be sure to serve with lots of napkins!
Make sure chicken is cooked all the way. I like when the meat falls off the bone and I find the last half at a lowe heat does the trick
